After leaving the airport, you will be headed east toward the ocean. Follow the signs to Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum and get on the Highway headed south. Stay on the highway for about 35 miles until you get to Playa del Carmen. Continue through Playa del Carmen. You will pass a light for Avenida Constituyentes, then another light for Avenida Juarez. At the next light, you will see a Holiday Inn Express on the left side. There are signs saying Playacar and Playacar Hotels. Take a left at this light, and you will be headed east toward the ocean. Follow it all the way down until it ends. You will see a brightly colored building in front of you. Take a left here, and you will be headed north. Take your very next right, which takes you into the entrance of Playacar Phase 1. Immediately to your right, you will see a guard station with a gate. Pull up to the guard station and tell them you are staying in Xaman Ha. They will let you through. You will go one block south, take a left, then one block east, then take a right. You will see Xaman Ha immediately on your left.
