""Condo-living at its best in Cozumel!" Quite simply, all of the positive feedback on this penthouse listed on this website is accurate; it truly was an amazing experience. The location in Corpus Christi is far enough away from the hub-bub of the cruise ship scene, and the local families that live in the neighborhood were so welcoming to us. Yet, you can walk quite easily to many services including two major grocery stores, a bowling alley, the movie theater, etc.. Plus, there are so many great local restaurants within a few blocks of the condo. Having both owners and on-site caretakers that truly care about your stay is important, and in my experience in staying in other places this is not always the case. So, I clearly would recommend staying at this condo; you won't regret it!"

"Reviewed on 04/21/2011 for a stay on 01/01/2011 This was a great spot for our needs while in Cozumel. My wife and I have visited Cozumel a number of times and we love the Corpus Christi area. It was an easy walk for us to our dive shop and to the amenities in town. Just around the corner is the Corpus Christi Church and square which we love to visit, some neat restaurants and small cafes. The unit was just what we required and being at the top provided a breeze almost every day we never used the air conditioner at all. The maid service was great no complaints. All and all for the price I do not think you could find much better. "

"A great place to decompress! Reviewed on 04/28/2011 for a stay on 02/01/2011 The condo was everything that was promised. It has a great open layout with lots of windows for light and a nice evening cross breeze. The kitchen has everything that you could need. The bbq is just one flight of stairs up. The roof has lounge chairs to hang out in the sun, or you can have a cocktail and watch the sun set. It's incredibly civilized. The condo has a little patio table right outside the door where you can enjoy your morning coffee and prepare yourself for another day in paradise. "

" great, romantic retreat after long days in the ocean. Reviewed on 04/25/2011 for a stay on 03/01/2011 This was my second stay at Summer Breezes. The condos are clean, easy to locate, quiet, and very comfortable. Lovely courtyard provides secure space for scooters, damp towels, etc. The roof deck is stunning. This is my favorite place to stay on Cozumel!! "

"I rented this Condo in late May 2010. The condo itself is very nicely laid out with all amenities including A/C, High speed Internet access, full kitchen with all the kitchen accessories you'll need, a nice bedroom with a large closet and tons of towels and blankets. The bathroom is nice and has a separate shower. The couch in the living room is of a type I'd never seen before but basically you just open the foam mattress and there is your bed for 2 people! The location is about 2 minutes (max) from Melgar (the main street right at the water) by car and can be easily gotten to on foot. The condo is in a typical Mexican neighborhood and all the people there were friendly and helpful. I actually prefer this location to the ones in town because there was very little traffic and no noise. Kind of "having your cake and eating it too"! The property Manager (Ash) was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions or advice that I needed. The company also offers a food shopping service so that your refrigerator (full size) is stocked when you get there based upon what you have ordered. That was a big plus for me because I find it to be a real big headache to get off several hours on an airplane, go through Customs, get to your destination and then to have to go food shopping. This is a great place with great service and would recommend it highly. In fact I will be returning there before the end of the year for another 2 week stay."
